Within the United States: We ship primarily by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority 2-3 business day delivery. The current cost for shipping and handling is $11.95 United States Dollars (USD) per order. The $11.95 includes Insurance for the actual cost of the items being shipped. Replacement parts have free shipping. Canada: We have an sales partner in Canada. They are Chair Stuff Sales LTD located in Vancouver B.C. Because they are a Canadian business they are familiar with the Canadian Health Care system and reimbursement process. There is no waiting for Customs to process your order or additional border taxes for you to pay. Please go to http://www.chairstuff.com for all your JB-3 needs. United Kingdom and Europe: We ship primarily by United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Priority 3-5 business day delivery. At this time, the shipping and handling cost is $34.95 U.S. Dollars (USD) per order. We are not responsible for any taxes, customs charges or other costs your country may impose. Delivery time may be delayed for an additional 10-15 days due to delays in Customs of the destination country. The $34.95 charge includes insurance for the actual cost of the items being shipped. Other Countries: All other shipments will need to be requested through email to determine actual costs. We know you want reasonable shipping costs and delivery times. Who doesn't? Requesting your delivery options prior to purchasing, helps us meet your needs exactly. We are not responsible for any taxes, customs charges or other costs your country may impose. Delivery time may be delayed for an additional 10-15 days due to delays in Customs of the destination country. Insurance: Shipments are all insured for their replacement value and this generally requires a signature at the delivery address. We apologize if this proves to be an inconvenience for you, but it reduces complexities if there is a missing shipment.
